I booked a room using Booked.net. My aim was to stay at the minimum price possible. Klashiana was one of them in Larnaca, Cyprus. Th hotel director Andreas is really nice guy. I met the owner of the hotel apartments and extended my stay for 2 more days on the weekend. I managed to convince him for 60€ for 2 more nights including the a/C. So in all I paid 104€ to this hotel for 3 nights. I wanted to stay untill 15:00 hrs in the hotel .. So they allowed me to stay 3 hours more without any extra cost. So in all if you are looking for a low cost apartment close to the city and buss-stop, this is the one. I will also recommend it for couples. The apartment has a small kitchen, nice bath tub, nice bed .. but bad couches .. the view from the hotel is amazing and its close to buss stop. Also lot of parking space available. Location is amazing, right in front of the Sea. See beautiful sunrise and go for a walk in the morning at the beach. Sunbeds available at the beach.
The couches are not clean. Bathroom and toilet are clean but the amenities are not good and proper. I never used the television. No room service. But there is a wonderful fast food center just in front of the hotel, which is amazing.

Was roomy and cheap and by the beach
The hotel reception guy was miserable, the place was 30 years tired, the road was very noisy, there was hardly any toilet paper. The swimming pool was filled with about 1 foot of water and was covered in leaves and dirt.

Hotel is located 7 km from Larnaka, but from Phinicoudes you can arrive here by public transport buses 628-631, bus stop is near hotel. The place is near check point to Turkish Cypriot border (you can go there by bus 629. last stop). Hotel is right in front of seaside. Friendly staff, very large rooms with large kitchen, there are balcony, toilet and bathroom.

It was opposite the beach and the apartment was spacious and airy.
The photos were a little deceptive in that they were taken when everything was sparkling new. It isn't now however it is still a lovely spot out of the centre.
